We are Jessica and Alex Martinez, a husband-and-wife team with over 25 years of marriage and 12 wonderful years living in Central Florida, where we’ve raised our son. Our shared passion for real estate has driven us to grow our knowledge and expertise in the industry. Jessica is a Certified General Appraiser specializing in residential appraisals, professional home measurements, and detailed floor plans. Alex is an active real estate agent and a registered trainee appraiser, bringing dedication and insight to every client.
